Venue: Annex Field of Bicester Community College (behind Bicester Leisure Centre), Queens Avenue (the field is being cleared by A2Dominion in preparation for the event)

What is the event about? Bicester Bike Day is an event for the town organised by A2Dominion in partnership with range of local partners designed to promote cycling as a fun and safe way to travel and to bring the town together at the start of the school holidays to celebrate the summer!  Now in its 5th year, the Bike Day, which in the past has attracted 400 people, offers something for everyone.

With the bike just days away, this is the exciting line up:

10am: ‘Tour de Bicester’ family treasure hunt-style cycle ride

12.00pm – 3pm: Cyclo Cross Racing:

1200 – 1210 – Under 8/10

1220 – 1235 – Under 12

1245 – 1305 – Under 14

1315 – 1345 – Under 16/adult

1400 – 1445 – Come and try (any age)

12.30pm: 5-10 mile Cycling UK beginners’ bike ride

From 12.30pm: Delicious BBQ served

2.30pm: Ladies Breeze ride sets off

3pm: Event finishes
