Masterplanning for a sustainable future

Towns often sprawl out haphazardly, with bolt-on neighbourhoods that fill the green spaces and get further and further away from the town centre. More people need a car to get to work or to the shops, the roads get congested, and the bus routes can’t take the strain.

It’s a stressful, expensive and environmentally-damaging way for a town to grow. We’re doing it differently with our ground-breaking North West Bicester Masterplan. We’re pioneering town growth in North West Bicester that protects green spaces, natural wildlife habitats and makes it easy to get around without a car.

Building in planned phases, we’ll develop eco-friendly neighbourhoods with up to 6,000 attractive and individual homes for the people of Bicester. The first phase – the Exemplar – has begun construction. The Masterplan went to public consultation in Winter 2013 and has now been submitted.

We’re very excited by what can happen in North West Bicester.

We’d like you to be a part of it too.
